why arunachala retreat in India?
Join Ajiit, founder of the Mauna House community and the art of JIAIDO movement meditation, for an annual pilgrimage retreat in one of India’s most sacred places, Tiruvannamalai. Nestled near the sacred Arunachala mountain, this retreat offers a chance to step away from everyday life and embark on a journey of self-discovery, exploring who you truly are beyond personal stories and self-beliefs.
retreat purpose
“who am I?”
A spiritual retreat is a dedicated time to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse yourself in a highly spiritual environment. It provides a sanctuary for reflection, meditation, and spiritual growth. This time of introspection allows you to reconnect with your inner self, gain clarity, and a different perspective. It offers a profound opportunity for personal transformation and renewal.
The Arunachala Retreat is dedicated to exploring the fundamental question of Self-inquiry: “Who am I?” Guided by Ajiit and based on the teachings of the revered Indian sage, Ramana Maharshi, you can delve into this profound inquiry. The Ramana Ashram and the holy mountain of Arunachala provide invaluable support for this transformative journey of self-discovery.
