Meditation is a powerful tool to still the mind and bring a person into the present moment. However, sitting motionless can be challenging if the mind and body are not trained for it.

To make meditation more accessible and effective, involving the body in a dynamic way is essential. Based on his 28 years of experience in martial arts, combined with his education in psychotherapy and acupuncture, Ajiit created JIAIDO, a system of movement meditation.

The term JIAIDO is derived from three Japanese kanjis meaning The Path to Love Oneself—the Self that is universal and exists beyond the limitations of personality.

About jiaido

Initially, I was captivated by the graceful movements of JIAIDO, which instill relaxation, clarity, and concentration. After a few months, I started experiencing additional positive effects. My self-confidence flourished, empowering me to face situations with newfound courage and mindfulness that once filled me with fear. As I break through my limitations during practice, I find myself doing the same in life. I believe that if I can overcome obstacles in JIAIDO, I can conquer anything, making it a true form of therapy for me.
